Job: Work Control Specialist
SCA Occup:

There are no direct reports with this position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Work Control Specialist receives, records, and distributes work orders to shops. Employees in this job class complete and process work orders, input comments, and records data points into an electronic format following instructions and pre-established guidelines for PRIDE’s Enterprise Asset Management systems and the Government’s financial asset and accounting management system (whether or not the system of records is government based may be determined by contract/site). This job requires knowledge of basic office practices and procedures; and the ability to provide customer service, operate a computer keyboard, and assemble documents and data.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is primarily performed at a customer’s location in an office / shop environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise and/or noise from equipment. Transporting to locations with the work site may be required. Employees may also be exposed to extreme cold or heat.
